Jesman Chonzi (Jes) is a Principal Investment Officer with IFC a member of the World Bank Group, looking after Financial institutions new business development across East Africa. She is a pan African financial markets specialist with over 20 years working experience across both East & Southern Africa, leading sales teams through deal origination and execution. She has managed client relationships across diverse client segments, and held several senior leadership roles in leading financial institutions across Africa.

Jes holds a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School (Spain), Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Sector Management from University of London, ACI Dealing Certificate and a Bsc in Agriculture from University of Zimbabwe.
