to enhance access to essential services for underserved communities. His career of over 15 years spans across financial services (retail banking, microfinance, digital financial services), rural development and Academics.
He has worked across the Africa region with country experience in Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, Zambia, Malawi, D.R. Congo, Nigeria. Richard is passionate about base of the pyramid markets.
Richard holds an MSc in Applied Economics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Innovation and Design thinking, a Diploma in Professional Marketing (CIM) and is an Alumni of the Oxford University Fintech programme.
