Head of Incubator, Standard Bank Mozambique
Sasha Vieira is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) with over 20 years’ experience in auditing, accounting, training and strategy facilitation, project management, process reengineering and entrepreneurship and innovation.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Exploration and Production Accounting through the University of North Texas and in Corporate Venturing/Entrepreneurship through Stanford University. She is also a certified “Wrong
Thinker” facilitator and practitioner for Corporate Innovation.
Her current role is the “Head of Incubator” at Standard Bank Mozambique, which has a vision to change lives and fulfil dreams of Mozambican entrepreneurs. She is also a Global Mentor for Seedstars and has
attended various forums as a panel member and subject matter expert including JETRO ((Japanese External Trade Organisation) SME Policy Forum Event in Maputo, the Financial Times Summit in Maputo (2019) and a judge in the
SADC Innovation Challenge (2020).
Sasha has a passion for entrepreneurship and supporting the development of the ecosystems that enable entrepreneurs to thrive. She truly believes in the Standard Bank purpose of “Africa is our home and we drive
her growth”.
